Fractal Financial LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Fractal Pharma mobile application (the "App").

Information Collection

Fractal Pharma does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device only.

Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following information on your device:

Monitoring point configurations (names, temperature/pressure ranges)
Temperature and pressure readings you record
Department and location information
Drug formulary data
Notes associated with readings

Data We Do NOT Collect

Personal identification information
Location data
Usage analytics
Device identifiers
Any data transmitted to external servers

Data Export

The App allows you to export your data via CSV files or share reports. When you use these features, you control where that data is sent (email, messages, files, etc.). We do not receive copies of exported data.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings (passcode, Face ID, etc.). We recommend enabling device-level security.

Data Deletion

You can delete all App data by:

Deleting individual records within the App
Uninstalling the App (removes all locally stored data)

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional healthcare use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
